Athena the Barn Owl
Once common in Ohio, the Barn Owl is now struggling for its survival due to the loss of grassland habitat. Athena was raised by the World Bird Sanctuary as part of a reintroduction program and was subsequently donated to the Ohio Bird Sancutary.
