
The Ohio Bird Sanctuary charges no admission fee!
If you would like to support us in our mission, there is a donation box in our lobby.
The facility is open year-round.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at 419-884-4295.
Open hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10-4,
and Sunday 1-5. We are closed to the public on Mondays, but feel free to call with an emergency situation. Calls left on our
answering system will be returned as promptly as possible. If the call comes in after hours it will be returned the next morning. Thank you!


QUICK SKETCHES BY "Masterworks for Nature" ARTISTS
What: Quick sketches: "Masterworks for Nature" artists will create fast sketches.
Where: Art Works on Main, 109 North Main, Mansfield, Ohio
When: Saturday, April 30th, 2pm-4pm
Why: An exciting opportunity to watch world renowned artist create works of art.
Meet and mingle with the artists.
Sketches will be portraits of the Ohio Bird Sanctuary's educational birds.
Images will be auctioned that evening at the benefit art auction.
Proceeds will support the Ohio Bird Sanctuary
and the Mansfield Art Center.
EVENING BENEFIT ART AUCTION
What: Benefit art auction by the "Masterworks for Nature" artists.
Artist will do a "quick finish" on the auction pieces. Own an original!
Where: Art Works on Main, 109 North Main, Mansfield
When: Saturday, April 30th, 6:30pm
Why: Proceeds will support the Ohio Bird Sanctuary
and the Mansfield Art Center.

Here is the warm air spring promises! We are busy getting OBS ready for Mohican Wildlife Weekend. Can we hope for weather like this in three weekends? Sure hope so!
The Bald eagle continues to recover from his wing injury. We will add updates here as he makes progress. You can also keep updated on the eagle on FACEBOOK, as we now have a page! Search for us there as Ohio Bird Sanctuary.
Migration is in full swing and as the weather allows our Cedar waxwings and Baltimore oriole will be moved to the aviay to enjoy the spring, summer and fall with visitors to OBS!
