Every Saturday in February starting at 7 P.M. the Sanctuary will be presenting an Owl Talk and Night Hike. Families can expect to come and see a short owl program with one of our educational owls and then have the oppurtunity to attend a night hike where one of our naturalist will attempt to call in our resident wild owls. This program is free and open to the public.
Every Saturday beginning in March and going to November the Ohio Bird Sanctuary puts on a two bird show at the Mohican State Park Lodge. These bird shows begin at 8PM and usually last about an hour. They are free and open to the general public.
Mohican Wildlife Weekend
Mohican Wildlife Weekend is a yearly event that is put on by the Mohican Area to engage the local community in the nature and wildlife that surronds them.
